Plans daily work schedule, maintains paperwork for inbound/outbound freight materials, receives shipments, checks contents of packages for accuracy and damage, reports any discrepancies or damage to supervisor, and repacks for delivery. Scans inbound materials/packages, load materials/packages on the truck, delivers to purchaser and obtains signature, and uploads delivery information.
Inventories and stocks inbound items/supplies for the Materials Services Supply Department. Pulls and prepares cleaning supply orders for pick-up from the from the Supply department. Picks up and delivers supplies and office products from Material Services. Serves as backup for distribution of freight.
