Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

 

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join the team with our stable and growing construction client! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that is a leader in their industry and continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming inventory
• Timely staging and shipping of outgoing orders
• Receive parts and inspect for quality
• Match packing slips to parts & quantities received
• Prepare shipping documents
• Contact carriers as needed
• Prepare daily shipping schedule
• Print shipping labels and documents
• and more

 

Ideal Candidate Background: 

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Prior experience processing orders and paperwork (LTL and shipping documentation is a plus but client is willing to train).
• Computer skills- MS Office Suite (Epicor is a plus but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. 
• Seeking candidates who can multitask, are organized, and have attention to detail skills
