Apartment Maintenance

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 DOE

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in carpentry, electrical work, and basic plumbing.
• 1-3 years of prior maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a residential community is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic repairs, hand and power tools, and general building maintenance.
• Must be skilled in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a small team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and personable demeanor.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs.
