We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-speed packaging and filling equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and a basic mechanical aptitude. This role is crucial in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high-speed packaging and filling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to GMPs.
• Follow detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately measure and record production data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Start up and stop equipment.
• Report machine malfunctions.
• Perform production line checks.
• Operate and maintain machines, conveyors, and scales.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Follow SOPs for machine adjustments and packaging.
• Ensure HACCP compliance.
• Document production data.
• Assist with production tasks.
• Load and unload items for processing.
• Measure and mix ingredients.
• Package finished products.
