Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage and maintain schedules for designers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Inventory Management: Track, order, and maintain inventory levels for design materials and supplies.
• Showroom Support: Provide showroom tours to prospective customers, assisting them in understanding design options and products.
• Remodeling Assistance: Assist designers and the remodeling team with various tasks, including preparing materials and coordinating project timelines.
• Customer Interaction: Offer exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone, ensuring all client needs are met with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Interest in design, remodeling, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
• Previous administrative or showroom experience is a plus.
