Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with data entry experience. This role involves providing customer support and handling basic data entry tasks for an insurance company. Insurance experience is a plus but not required! 

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Enter customer information and update records accurately.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Providing Insurance Quotes in the future, potential to become licensed
• Clerical and computer skills
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of data entry and computer systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
