Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Technician openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, solving mechanical problems, and supporting production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Forest Lake, MN

  • Screening: Drug screen required; no background check

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair facility equipment and systems including packing/line machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, plumbing, and HVAC

  • Support Production with machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeover activities

  • Follow all safety and SOP regulations, including Mustad Performance Systems (MPS)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of PLCs and robotics

  • 5+ years of general maintenance experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct mechanical issues
