CNC Machinist- 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is looking for someone who sets up and performs machining operations on various metals and castings for a local pump manufacturer.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, Mon - Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Pay: $24.00-30.00 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Machining
• Basic G Code
• Completing your own set-ups
• Measuring
• Interpreting drawings
• Calculating and setting controls to regulate machining factors
• Reading blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces
• Sequence of operations and set up requirements
• Using measuring tools to control machining operations such as dial indicators, micrometers, scales, tape measures, and calipers

Qualifications:

• Machining experience
• CNC mill and lathe is a must
• Hand a power tool operation
• Read blueprints
• Operate measuring tools
• Heavy lifting
• Bending

Skills Required:

• Machining experience, CNC mill and lathe is a must, hand a power tool operation, read blueprints, operate measuring tools.

Equipment Used:

• CNC Mill and Lathe, dial indicators, micrometers, scales, tape measures, and calipers, Reading blueprints, cranes.
