What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls, follow up on sales, and ensure production has all necessary parts.
• Process orders, handle returns, and manage paperwork for shipments and credits.
• Create reports, track open orders, and assist with setting up new products.
• Work closely with the Production Manager and logistics to keep everything on track.
• Follow ISO procedures and ensure safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
