Production Engineering Technician

Located in Clear Lake, WI

Salary: $20.50 an hour

Fast-paced and rapidly changing, this company is the world leader in Parylene, liquid, plasma polymerized, ALD, and multilayer conformal coating technologies. Successful team members will need to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, a positive attitude and attention to detail. This position supports Parylene coating operations by reviewing customer prints, initiating process changes (DCR/RFC), verifying coating thicknesses, and conducting root cause failure analysis

Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $20.50/hr

Essential Functions:

• Initiates DCR & NCMR's as necessary.
• Initiates RFC's as necessary.
• Compares current customer processes with customer purchase orders to ensure current revision levels are in effect.
• Assists with cost savings programs.
• Fields customer calls related to technical questions.
• Approves Certificates of Compliance.
• Answers production employee questions related to customer processes and product.
• Will be performing duties of a Masker.

Competencies:

• Have a technical background.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience reading CAD drawings.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
