 Our Benicia client is  seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage key supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract negotiation and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale sourcing projects and optimize spending
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and pricing agreements
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead supplier performance reviews and relationship management
• Mentor junior buyers and support team development
• Manage critical inventory and supply chain operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years procurement experience
• Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with ERP systems required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices
