Outside Sales Representative

We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing staffing company. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding our client base through active field sales efforts.

Performance Expectations

Our successful sales representatives consistently achieve:

120-150 weekly door-to-door prospecting visits to generate leads and increase market visibility
10 qualified appointments with potential clients per week
60-70 meaningful conversations with decision-makers weekly
Minimum of 2 new contract closures per week

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach to maintain a robust sales pipeline
Conduct regular outside sales visits and in-person meetings to build and nurture client relationships
Identify and engage key decision-makers to establish strong business partnerships
Create and deliver compelling, customized presentations that address specific client needs and objectives
Partner with our internal recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery of staffing solutions
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Stay current with industry trends to provide strategic insights and consultative value to clients

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Demonstrated track record of success in outside sales and cold calling
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Staffing industry experience is advantageous but not required
