Great manufacturing company in Benicia is looking for a Receptionist! This is a full time, evaluation hire, and the pay is at $19.00 -  $22.00 an hour! 

 

Duties

• Phones/data entry 
• Confirming pricing discrepancies
• Perform follow-up emails/calls
• Shipping samples, literature, and part numbers
• Offer post sales support by reconciling shipping and pricing errors
• Collect and analyze customer needs and present to sales representative
• Filing electronically and manually 
• Excel reports and other data entry duties
• Remaining flexible with work duties and request 
  
  

Skills Required

• Comfortable operating Excel and knowledge of formulas 
• VLOOKUP preferred 
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook
• Upbeat, friendly, and proactive personality
