Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Counter Sales/Customer Service Representative starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Range - $16.00/HR - $19.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location - Downtown, Orlando

Job Duties:

• Taking and processing orders called in or emailed in by customers.
• Taking inbound calls from Customers to handle shipping or other Customer Service issues.
• Process requests for and send samples, and sales & marketing materials.

Requirements:

• MUST have 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• MUST be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
