            Solar Service Manager 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Solar Service Manager to support our Solar Service Department. In this role, you will drive company growth and profitability by managing service request intake, data entry, job assignments, scheduling, and billing processes.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will excel at managing customer relationships, 

service operations, and handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage service request intake for solar installations and maintenance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting for customers and coordinate with manufacturers for advanced technical support
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with field service technicians
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email according to established service level agreements
  • Maintain accurate documentation in tracking systems and CRM
  • Manage accounting administration including data entry, invoicing, and warranty work reimbursement
  • Coordinate with Builder/Service Partners and provide timely customer updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative approach
  • Self-motivated with high energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in solar or renewable energy industry
  • Experience with Sage CRM
  • Background in customer service or technical support
