Located in Hodgkins, IL

Salary: $17.00+hr

***ROOM LEAD OPENINGS*** 

  • 6:00am-2:30pm $17.00

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Verify item/quantity allocated/ quantity remaining is correct on the job tickets.
  • Ensure all employees on the line are able to perform each task assigned.
  • Cross train all employees on all tasks in each room and ensure proper rotations every 2 hours.
  • Work with Floor Production Leads to coach and counsel employees on performance per assigned task.
  • Oversee the functionality of the metal detector, including training and testing.
  • Verify and document units required per hour and percentages and that all paperwork is filled out entirely at the scheduled times.
  • Utilize Redzone for the required line checks per order and enter appropriate downtime categories.  

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years production lead experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including overtime.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
