Property Maintenance Technician – $16 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find great people. We are currently seeking Property Maintenance candidates for a Residential Company to join a growing team in Danville.

Responsibilities:

Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:

• Must have your own basic tools.

• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures

•   Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications: 

• Physical health, agility and stamina
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Ability to follow instructions

Schedule (if available)

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm;
