Fairfield company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our products in a clean-room environment. The role requires adherence to strict safety protocols and includes physical tasks to support food production.

Responsibilities:

• Load products onto equipment according to company procedures.
• Inspect and ensure product integrity, identifying any issues with quality or foreign objects.
• Assist machine operators by opening and preparing re-work packages.
• Follow all clean-room environment standards, wearing PPE from head to toe.
• Understand and follow instructions in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Work flexible hours with overtime and occasional weekends as customer demands require.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a clean-room environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Shift Options:

1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. | $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. | $17.75 per hour
