Local Fairfield company is seeking dedicated Kitchen Production associates in a clean-room environment. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and ready to assist with food production tasks that ensure quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load products onto equipment in accordance with production guidelines.
• Inspect product integrity and quality to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify any foreign objects or inconsistencies in products.
• Assist operators by opening and sorting re-work packages.
• Follow strict clean-room protocols and wear appropriate PPE from head to toe.
• Read and understand instructions in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• Work additional hours and occasional weekends as needed based on production demands.

Additional Duties:

• Open boxes of meat for processing.
• Hang and tie sausages on racks according to specifications.
• Move and push racks loaded with sausages and hams.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move racks and boxes of meat.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with others in a production setting.

Schedule:

Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends based on production needs.

Start time – 5am, 6am or 7am

Pay is $18/hr.
