Inside Sales Representative / Call Center Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite Position – Not Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Availability Required Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Permanent Hire Rate: $20.00/hour upon conversion
Performance Reviews: Every 90 days following permanent hire

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as an Inside Sales Representative / Call Center Representative in Mesa, AZ. This onsite position combines inbound customer support with high-volume outbound sales activities. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, confidence in overcoming objections, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential and increased compensation upon permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Calls

• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Gather and verify customer information while accurately entering data into company systems.
• Provide information and assistance while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.

Outbound Sales Calls

• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and prospective customers.
• Present products and services while identifying customer needs.
• Confidently overcome objections and provide effective rebuttals.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional phone presence.
• Generate sales opportunities and secure customer commitments.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, inside sales, outbound dialing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently handle objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
