Floor Preparation Technician - Epoxy Flooring Specialist
Full-time, Weather-dependent Schedule
1st shift | $15 p/h

Join our professional flooring team as a Floor Preparation Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in creating stunning epoxy floor finishes. 

Key Responsibilities
- Operate long-handled scrapers with precision to remove color chips from epoxy flooring
- Use industrial floor grinders to prepare surfaces for treatment
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the preparation process
- Assist with additional flooring preparation and installation tasks as needed

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and stooping
- capable of standing and working on concrete surfaces for extended periods
- Physical stamina for continuous movement throughout the workday

Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability required due to weather-dependent work conditions
- Must be able to adapt to schedule changes when weather affects installation
- Willingness to work extended hours when projects require additional time
- Understanding that work schedules may vary based on temperature and precipitation
