Job Order – Distribution Facility (South Charlotte)

Position: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18.00/hr (may increase during transition)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: South Charlotte Distribution Facility

Requirements

• Experience driving a box truck or large delivery van
• Strong driving record
• Customer service experience
• Warehouse experience (material handling, restock, reorder)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Familiar with warehouse equipment: delivery van, pickers, forklifts, and general warehouse tools

Job Duties

Driving / Delivery

• Operate a box truck or large delivery van
• Transport products to customer locations
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle

Warehouse & Facility Operations

• General warehouse tasks
• Material handling, stocking, and reorganizing inventory
• Restock and reorder items as needed
• Shipping, receiving, and cycle counting (as assigned by Inside Sales Administrator, Warehouse Leads, or Branch Operations Manager)
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in both customer and employer facilities

Order Processing

• Pick, pack, and organize product for customer orders
• Scan empty bin/rack labels for replenishment
• Use remote scanning device to transmit electronic orders
• Use customer ERP / RIMS warehouse management systems
• Move throughout customer facility to all designated replenishment points
• Lift and place or dump product into required racks/bins

Communication

• Provide clear and courteous communication
• Work well with customer contacts, sales team, and internal warehouse leadership
