3rd shift Team Lead

Located in Williamsport, IN

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 5 factory employees to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Provide clear communication, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
• Coordinate workflow, monitor productivity, and address any operational issues that arise during production.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Perform tasks that require heavy lifting (up to [insert weight limit]), ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and a results-oriented culture.
• Maintain records of production output and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in a factory or similar environment.

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
