Job Title: Cake Baker / Decorator / Baking Staff 

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Job Type: Full-Time ( Tuesday - Sunday | 8AM-5PM ) 

Salary: $14-$20 BOE 

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cake Decorator / Baker! This ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of prior Cake decorating and baking Experience, working on a variety of sizes and cake needs. This candidate would also have exceptional customer service and have the ability to work in a fast paced, thriving environment! 

As well as candidates interested in the baking field all together! Baking Staff positions would consist of assisting with baking, mixing goods, unloading and loading trays, assistance with measuring ingredients as well as light cleaning duties to upkeep and maintain a clean working environment! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorating all baked goods, made to order 

• Mass production and decorating King Cakes 

• Stacking Cakes, Cleaning work space area, Assisting other team members and customers 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 year of Cake Decorating experience is Required.
• Reliable Transportation
