DISPATCHER - Distribution Center

Location: Dixon, CA
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Essential Duties:

• Distribute work assignments per supervisor direction
• Coordinate warehouse and transportation schedules
• Interact with warehouse operators, carriers and logistics team
• Schedule daily workloads and personnel
• Review carrier paperwork for accuracy
• Maintain documentation and files
• Monitor department and employee performance

Qualifications:

• Prior dispatching experience required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and logical thinking skills
• Professional communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Flexible schedule availability
