We are seeking a detail-oriented and coordinated individual to operate a stamping machine focused on straightening metal components. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate a stamping machine to straighten metal components according to specifications.
• Set up the machine using tooling and dies based on work instructions.
• Load and unload metal pieces efficiently, ensuring proper positioning.
• Monitor the straightening process for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production runs, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong eye-hand-foot coordination for precise machine operation and material handling.
• Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring consistent quality in straightened components.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.
