Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead our appliance store. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Must be knowledgeable in MS Office and Excel. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

• Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals. Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention. Ensure products are displayed attractively and organized effectively.

• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

• Store Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

• Community Engagement: Build relationships within the local community to enhance the store’s visibility and reputation.
