Our client, a manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for an industrial electrician to join their team.  This role is ideal for an industrial electrician that has 5+ years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, holds a 442A or 309A license and enjoys working in a unionized environment.  This exciting new opportunity could be your next role.

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Maintain, repair and ensure all machinery on the plant floor is working effectively to ensure production is meeting timelines
• Enter, verify and complete job orders in the maintenance system
• Troubleshoot any electrical issue with machinery, specifically PLC troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprint readings and drawings for any existing and/or new machinery set ups
• Any special projects assigned by the plant manager or shift lead
• Work along side the maintenance team to ensure all project timelines are being met

Qualification For the Role:

• 5+ years of experience working as an industrial electrician
• 442A or 309A certification/license is required
• Must be able to work rotational shift (days and afternoons)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
