Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Support students with academic assignments and classroom instruction.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and other school functions.
• Encourage positive behavior and help maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Assist with classroom organization, educational materials, and administrative tasks.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students as directed.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or teacher aide experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
