• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
• Must have own toolbox.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks.
• Positive attitude with a helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
