Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of our company's products and equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the overall success of our organization.

Service Technician
$25.00/hr 

Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:
•    Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products and equipment at customer sites or in-house.
•    Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
•    Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service, answer their questions, and provide guidance on product operation, maintenance, and safety.
•    Keep detailed and accurate records of service activities, including parts used, time spent, and actions taken, using digital systems or written reports.
•    Follow established service procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
•    Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry advancements.
•    Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
•    Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and guides for products and equipment.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
•    Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
•    Proficiency in reading technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
•    Basic computer skills and experience using diagnostic software and tools.
•    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service deadlines.
•    Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
•    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: 
$25.00/hr +
