Location: Hays, Kansas

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:45 am to 2:00 pm 
• Evening Shift: 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm

 

Job Description: We are currently hiring servers to join a local team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in supporting the dietary needs of the residents by assisting in the preparation and delivery of meals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in meal preparation and serving food to residents.
• Ensuring that meals are prepared and served in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident preferences.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after meals.
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Providing friendly and courteous service to residents and their families.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts as assigned.
