Express is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client's manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and products in line with company standards and client specifications. Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, routers, and grinders, according to production specifications and blueprints.
• Input or adjust machine settings, programming CNC machines as required to ensure the correct execution of tasks.
• Monitor the quality of produced parts, using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
• Identify and resolve issues related to machine performance, tooling, or material defects during production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, ensuring they are clean, lubricated, and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Work closely with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a related manufacturing role is preferred.
• Must have GibbsCAM experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GibbsCAM, CAD/CAM files.
• Familiarity with CNC machine tools, such as lathes, mills, and grinders, as well as measurement instruments.
• Strong focus on precision and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or programming issues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or training in CNC machine operation is a plus.
