*Job Description:*  
As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating saw equipment to cut materials to specified measurements while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. You will work closely with other team members to ensure quality and productivity in the production process.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate saw machines to cut metal, wood, or other materials to precise measurements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
- Ensure the quality of cuts and perform regular equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues and report them to supervisors.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience operating saws or similar equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
