3 Commercial Construction Project Managers needed to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. A strong background of 3-5 years in commercial construction management is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting- Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
