Set up machines and prepare ink stations, rollers, and stackers
Perform minor repairs and adjustments
Cross‑train on all machines
Conduct quality checks
Complete production logs and documentation
Ability to lift 30 lbs and stay active all shift
Comfort working around dust and fumes
Strong math and tape‑measure skills
At least 6 months of machine operation experience
Corrugated experience is a bonus
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
