Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to support warehouse, inventory, and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating material handling equipment, and supporting production needs.

Job Duties

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Verify shipping documentation and inventory records
• Enter inventory and receiving data into SAP or other inventory management systems
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure material availability
• Verify inventory quantities through physical inspections and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience using SAP or other ERP inventory management systems required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, and material handling preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
