Position: Lead Automotive Technician
Location: Southgate, MI

Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Consistently achieve an average of 38+ flat rate hours per week, focusing on diagnostics, repair, and routine maintenance.
• Install, repair, and test electrical and electronic systems, with a strong ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Install electrical components and driveable parts while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in diagnostics and electrical systems.
• ASE Certification required, along with personal tools.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
