Hydraulics Maintenance Technician

Salary: 30/hr + based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Keep production humming by maintaining and repairing critical machinery
• Play detective: Troubleshoot issues and implement smart solutions
• Collaborate with operators to understand and resolve equipment challenges
• Design and fabricate custom components (Time to get creative!)
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep everything in top shape

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Manufacturing experience 
• Knowledge of concrete, 3-phase electric, or hydraulic systems
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various conditions

Physical Requirements:

• Walking, standing, bending, stretching, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Working at heights (up to 4 ft. on ladders/platforms).
