Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Pay: $18 an hour

A Warehouse and Assembly Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and organizing the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, assembling, and shipping products. The specific duties and responsibilities of this role may vary depending on the industry and the company's needs, but common elements of the job description include:

  1. Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and storing goods in an organized manner.

  2. Assembly Work: Performing assembly tasks, which may involve putting together components, subassemblies, or finished products according to specifications.

  3. Quality Control: Inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

  4. Picking and Packing: Selecting items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, following proper packaging and labeling procedures.

  5. Shipping and Receiving: Coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.

  6. Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, to move and transport goods within the warehouse.

  7. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment by following proper procedures and guidelines.

  8. Order Fulfillment: Processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  9. Organization and Maintenance: Organizing the warehouse space, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all products are stored in their designated locations.

  14. Physical Requirement: Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
