Retail Assistant Manager I

Assists in managing all phases of the operation of the store in accordance with policies and proved an optimum shopping environment for customers. Responsible for assisting the store managers in all duties required to efficiently run the store on a daily basis, including payroll and personnel management functions. 

Must be at least 21 with a valid DL, own vehicle with good driving record, appropriate requirements for legal operation including current auto insurance and license plates. 

Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of Management experience preferably in retail apparel. 

Must meet Background and drug screening policies. This is a safety sensitive position. 

Reports directly to the Store Manager.
