We''re looking for Office Admin/Clerical for an ongoing position (potential for permanent). Daily duties for these roles include filing, data entry, taking/making calls out to customers and clients as well as other duties when required. Experience with data entry and multi-line phones (up to 5 lines) is a must to be successful in but must be capable of multitasking and assisting other departments when required. Must be able to complete assigned projects on time and maintain high quality of work.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with 1 - 2 years of full time experience working in an office setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, in English
  • Excellent time management, organizing, planning and prioritizing
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • High attention to detail - Excellent follow up skills - Confident and professional phone skills

 

What you will be doing:

  • Taking customer and client calls as well as screening calls for managers
  • Handling day to day filing and paper work
  • Creating invoices, brochures/packages, marketing materials, etc.
  • Tracking, organizing, and ordering office supplies
  • Inputting payroll
  • Conducting phone and/or in person interviews when required
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Why Apply?
