Located in Delray Beach, FL

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Welders. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using various welding techniques. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welding & Fabrication

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding on steel, aluminum, or other metals
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality using visual and mechanical methods

Equipment & Safety

  • Operate grinders, cutters, and other metalworking tools
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper ventilation
  • Identify and report hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Complete job orders and maintain accurate production records
  • Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and supervisors to meet project specifications
  • Assist in training junior welders or apprentices as needed
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship
  • 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and welding codes

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS (American Welding Society) certification
  • Experience with robotic welding systems or CNC plasma cutting
  • Familiarity with structural steel, pipe welding, or custom fabrication
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
