🌟 We’re Hiring: Bilingual Punjabi Translators (Full-Time + Overtime) 🌟
📍 Location: Woodland, CA (Tomato Cannery Site)
🕒 40 Regular Hours + Overtime | Monday–Sunday (Flexible Scheduling)
📆 Seasonal Role: 5–8 Months
👥 We’re hiring 5 translators per shift!

Available Shifts:
☀️ Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌆 Swing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🌙 Graveyard: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🍅 About the Role

Join us for the busy tomato cannery season in Woodland, CA! We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals fluent in Punjabi and English to support communication in a fast-paced production environment. This is a high-energy, high-volume workplace, so reliability, flexibility, and strong multitasking skills are essential.

🗣️ What You’ll Do

Translation & Interpretation

• Translate documents, emails, and phone conversations between Punjabi and English
• Maintain accuracy while preserving cultural meaning and context
• Provide interpretation support during meetings as needed

Administrative Support

• Register new associates and ensure all documentation is complete
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Verify work authorization documents
• Track and update training logs

Communication

• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients, associates, and team members in both languages

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Punjabi & English (spoken and written)
• Prior office/administrative experience required
• Proven ability to work in a very busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle long hours and overtime
• Availability to work Monday–Sunday as scheduled
• High level of reliability and professionalism (dependable candidates only)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
