Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour


Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Small Motor Technician to join our team. The Small Motor Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various small motors, including 4-cycle and 2-cycle engines. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain 4-cycle and 2-cycle engines and other small motors
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, spark plug replacements, and carburetor adjustments
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repair orders
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in repairing and maintaining small motors, particularly 4-cycle and 2-cycle engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in repair work

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a small engine mechanic or technician

Equipment Required:

  • Mechanic hand tools (associate must provide)
  • Power tools and specialty equipment will be provided by the company
