Job Description

The Inside Sale position is responsible for counter sales, inventory, minimize loss, maximize operational revenue and for managing all order fill rates and deliveries.

 

Job Duties & Requirements

• Learn products and continued education on the products to help customers. 
• Monitor and handle inventory, including cycle counts, to ensure all deliveries are met
• Communicate with vendors as well as expedite customer orders
• Communicate with sales, management, and support staff for assurance that all growth initiatives are met
• Analyze monthly inventory reports 
• Manage the Customer Relations Management System (CRM) on a weekly basis
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance.
• General office duties including: balancing petty cash, writing checks, balancing check book
• Resolve employee disputes or refer the dispute to H/R
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed including pulling orders, packaging of material, finding misplaced inventory, unloading and loading of trucks, and stock

 

Salary range is $42.5k - $47.5k/annual, pending experience
