Express Employment Professionals in Crossville, TN, is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Recruiting using multiple resources: Experience and proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, professional networking sites, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

2. Conducting interviews daily: The ability to efficiently manage and conduct multiple interviews, including screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews when necessary.

3. Assist with front office duties; answering and routing phone calls to appropriate staff members, data entry, and other duties as assigned 

4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism: Consistently demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and clients, including maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and representing the company positively.

5. Typing speed of 45 wpm: a typing speed of 45 words per minute for efficient documentation and communication.

6. Setting and reaching goals: Proven ability to set specific recruitment goals, work towards achieving them, and maintain accountability for results.
