Position: Recruiting Specialist
Pay Range: $50-55/YR DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong teams.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
-Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
-Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
-Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
-Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
-Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent using various recruitment methods and tools.
-Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit.
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
-Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
