We seek an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our production and customer service teams across two locations. In this role, you will organize accounts receivable, issue monthly invoices, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and resolve complaints promptly and respectfully.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the production and customer service personnel
  • Organize accounts receivable and issue monthly invoices
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Perform minor repairs and have basic sewing ability (preferred)
  • Scheduling, operating POS systems, and providing leadership to teams
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, computer, writing, and math proficiency
  • Remain calm under pressure and effectively solve problems
  • Increase business organically to enable full weekly availability at the Eastside location
  • Ensure smooth operations across both locations while upholding exceptional service standards


  • Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Understanding of the dry cleaning process (preferred)
  • Proven experience in complex work environments and relationship-building
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and basic sewing equipment
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and adaptability skills
  • Sense of integrity, team orientation, maturity, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to inspire trust and respect in teams
