Express Employment is looking for a Project Manager for a local company. 

Pay: $19/hr 

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Project Manager Responsibilities:
(PM picks up project after a deposit has been made. For term builders, PM’s pick-up once the project
has been quoted.)

● If a deposit was given after the measure, schedule a measure meeting with Christian to review the project.
● Send out measure confirmations.
● Verify Square Footage
● Work Order (WO) :
○ Follow work order protocol checklist (Appendix A)
○ Create install event
○ Fill out Project Verification Checklist (PVC) & Finalize the Material Approval Form (MAF)
○ Collect Faucet, Appliance, sink, etc. specs
○ Get all forms signed
■ Estimate / Invoice
■ Terms and Conditions
■ Material Authorization
■ Warranty
○ WOs are to be turned in within one week after deposit and no later than two weeks before
measure. (This is to be determined per Retail/Builder clients).
○ It is the PM responsibility to follow up with the builder or homeowner until all items are signed
and confirmed.
● Continued Project Management and Measure Meetings
○ Follow up with clients to see when the project is ready for measure,
○ Be a part of all measure meetings for jobs you have been assigned.
○ Review all pictures as they come in for each measure daily, identify problems, and concerns to go
over in the measure meeting the next day.
○ Immediately email out measure meeting follow-up questions to the client and then call to go over
any items (Get answers within 24 hours. Call prior to emailing to give a heads-up, but make it
clear that all details must be confirmed in writing).
○ All items must be cleared within 24 hrs of measure meeting for job to get scheduled in a timely
manner
○ Remind clients, set deadlines, and let them know when to have everything back to get their project
scheduled.
○ It is your responsibility to follow-up with clients until the job is approved.
● Customer Service
○ PM will handle projects after install to include but not limited to punchlist, repairs, simple add
ons. (I.e. adding BS , additional holes, changes made to the counter top after install). If new
material must be chosen, it will be returned to the sales representative to create a change order.
